DAISY GUM PASTE INSTANT LACE

Daisy is the only all-purpose paste around! If you need a gum paste, Daisy is simply the best, but it’s much more than that: it is also excellent as a flower paste and a modelling paste and last but not least it’s the perfect tool to craft amazing edible lace.

This product can be shaped in the summer and in areas with very high ambient temperature and humidity levels. It retains the shapes it is moulded into without sweating.
To make lace, simply heat small portions of paste in the microwave at maximum power for a few seconds. Then put it on a silicone mat and use a spatula to spread the product evenly. You can make the lace you want in just a few moments.
Thanks to its special formulation and elasticity, you can make extremely thin, nearly transparent shapes like flowers, leaves, etc.
It can be easily coloured with food colouring powders, gels or water soluble colours.
