Ideal to decorate baked goods, croissants and panettone. This product comes in three different grain sizes: fine, medium and coarse. We recommend decorating with Sugar Grains before baking. Laped sugar grains remain brittle during cooking, do not melt and are quite stable in general. Keep away from moisture.
